Data we collect
We collect the information you provide at checkout (name, email, optional phone and attendee names), order details, and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To issue and deliver tickets, process payments, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and share necessary attendee details with the event Organizer. Marketing emails from Organizers are only sent if you opt in.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never receive or store your full card number.
Your rights
Under GDPR (EU/UK) and PIPEDA (Canada) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact support from your account.
Retention
Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes (typically up to 7 years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies (for sign-in and checkout). We do not use advertising trackers.
