Organizer policies
Each event displays its own refund policy, set by the Organizer. Please review it before purchasing.
Requesting a refund
Contact the Organizer using the contact link on your order page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Timing
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.
Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket price from the Organizer.
