Who we are
This is a ticketing platform that lets anyone — individuals, teams and organizations (“Organizers”) — sell tickets to their events to members of the public (“Attendees”).
Purchasing tickets
When you buy a ticket, you enter into an agreement with the Organizer of the event. The platform acts as a technology provider and limited payment collection agent on the Organizer's behalf. Ticket prices, refund policies and event details are set by the Organizer.
Fees
A service fee may be added to paid tickets and is displayed before payment. Unless required by law or stated otherwise by the Organizer, service fees are non-refundable.
Refunds & cancellations
Refunds are governed by the Organizer's refund policy shown on each event page. If an event is cancelled, the Organizer is responsible for issuing refunds. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
Tickets & entry
Each ticket contains a unique QR code that can be scanned once. Do not share or resell your ticket code; duplicated tickets may be refused entry.
Organizers
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, compliance with the laws that apply to them (including tax), and delivering the event as described.
